マーク・グレイビー氏‘ベストセールス賞’を受賞

アジアセールス部長マーク・グレイビー氏が、タイソンフーズ2009年‘ベストセールス賞’を受賞した。 彼はアジア地域において、最初の訪問から40年以上の経験と客先折衝を持っている。 彼は当初、販売と技術サポートを兼務していたが、規模が拡大した今は、販売部門により力を注いでいる。

この4年間、マーク氏はアジア地域（東南アジアからオセアニア、そして中国まで広がっている）の顧客すべてに責任を負ってきた。 コッブアジアは、この2年間で、最も成長した地域であり、年間売上が平均２０％上昇している。

‘Circle of Excellence’ award for Mark Glavey

our Asia sales director Mark Glavey Mark has received the Tyson 2009 ‘Circle of Sales Excellence’ Award. He has over 40 years’ experience initial visits and customer contacts in the Asian region. He began combining sales and technical service responsibilities, but has concentrated on sales as business there has expanded. For the past four years Mark has been responsible for all customers in the region, stretching from china, across South East Asia to Oceania. Cobb Asia is the fastest growing division of Cobb over the past two years, with annual sales growth averaging 20%.“Much of this growth has been created by the network of distributor contact Mark has developed.” Says Randy Vardeman, general manager of Cobb Asia.“By working diligently he has converted opportunities to secure new business with companies who traditionally remain closely aligned, and loyal to, existing suppliers.” Mark has achieves recognition of the commercial value of Cobb breeding stock and the annual increments in genetic performance. As a consequence, revenue and market share in the Asian region has grown steadily. When asked about the best professional advice Mark’s response was −“Sell yourself before you sell your product” And his greatest achievement ―”Establishing the Asian distributor network”
